WebSphere Lombardi Development

This engagement was positioned to reduce the number of manual tasks performed by the Client Relationship Managers to open a Personal Trust Account. Currently the Relationship Managers have multiple forms both hand-written and computer processed that need to be completed with abundant duplication between the sets of forms. This causes for error in data entry and confusion as to where the application form is in process. The result is a lengthy process, lack of visibility in to the approval flow and a decline in customer satisfaction with the process.
By using a consolidated, one stop shop interface through WebSphere Lombardi Edition to collect data and produce the documents necessary to create the account, the project is able to sign clients faster, mitigate issues and improve customer satisfaction.
IBM WebSphere - Lombardi Edition is being utilized to automate the flow of data collection
from the client, document creation and review, and account approval leading to account creation.
WebSphere Portal Custom Development

Blue 2.0 engaged with this ISV Client to build out their go-to-market healthcare solution based on WebSphere Portal. The initial engagement with Blue 2.0 was focused on a Proof of Concept integrating numerous technologies including WebSphere Portal and Lotus Connections. Upon successful completion of the POC, Blue 2.0 and the Client together were able to build out a winning strategy to replace a then desktop application with a flexible and robust Portal thin client interface.
Lotus Domino Remediation

Blue 2.0 was asked to remedy a Lotus Domino project that was originally outsourced and had gone off track. This project status when Blue 2.0 arrived on scene was in a Red state and the code suffered from numerous coding bugs and there was no documentation. Blue 2.0 Domino consultants tackled the challenge of sorting through the defects while reverse-engineering the code and putting documentation templates in place. As Blue 2.0 continued to fix the underlying problems, the customer team engaged Blue 2.0 to work modifications and future functionality into the solution. The end result was a positive turn around on the project and positioned the Client to engage the customer for further opportunities.
WebSphere DataPower Development

The initial project called for top notch DataPower XI50 skills where the initial development and installation would be completed and then followed by training and mentoring to the end customer. This project has continued to add value month after month and has continued on for over 1 year.
